The Ministry of Transportation officially appointed Patimban Consortium—consisting of PT CTCorp Infrastruktur Indonesia, PT Indika Logistic & Support Services, PT U Connectivity Services, and PT Terminal Petikemas Surabaya—to manage the Patimban Port project in Subang, West Java.

"The process and announcement of the winner have been carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Government Procurement Policy Agency (LKPP) Regulation Number 29 of 2018," Ministry of Transportation spokesperson Adita Irawati said, Wednesday (30/12).
Furthermore, the Patimban Consortium will form an Implementing Business Entity and carry out the project under the PPP scheme for 40 years from the date of operation phase 1.
In carrying out the Patimban Port management project, the total capital cost agreed upon in the cooperation is around Rp. 18.9 trillion and the total operating cost is around Rp. 64.3 trillion.
Previously, on October 20, 2020, the Ministry of Transportation announced that prospective operators had passed the pre-qualification stage for the Patimban Port Government and Business Entity Cooperation (PPP) project, which was carried out with assistance with LKPP.
In the selection process, only one company passed the pre-qualification is the Patimban Consortium.
In accordance with the LKPP Institution Regulation No. 29/2018, in the procurement of business entities through the Government and Business Entity Cooperation scheme, the auction process can still be continued even though only one has passed the pre-qualification.
Further negotiations are carried out after the bidder's proposal meets the minimum technical requirements. (hlz/hlz)
